Master’s degree in European Integration with more then 10 years of experience in the delivery of consultancy services and previous assignments under projects funded by EU-Phare, UNDP, USAID, etc.; experience in the state administration and non-government sector.
Key qualifications: policy development, public administration reform; foreign direct investment, small and medium-sized enterprises, public-private partnership; industrial zones and business incubators; development, management and evaluation of projects, funded by the EU (Phare and Structural Funds); organization and delivery of trainings.
