Master’s degree in Business Administration (Strategic Development) with experience in the delivery of consultancy projects for the public and private sector, as well as non-governmental organizations; experience in undertaking researches related to marketing, business, capacity building; participation in the implementation of projects for promotion of employment, trainings and seminars.
Key qualifications: project preparation and management; identification of sources of finance (Pre-accession and Structural Funds, cross-border programmes, other donor initiatives); feasibility studies and pre-project studies; marketing research and Action Plans development; elaboration of project budgets in compliance with the specific requirements of the programmes.
